Huge Luxury Home with Game Room and Gourmet Kitchen

Great location with easy short walk to beach access. Close to Safeway and other stores. Very clean, kitchen/dining/living room spaces are large and great for large groups. Bedrooms are spacious, clean and there’s extra roller beds available too. Shuffle board is a lot of fun, however ping pong table had broken net, no balls and paddles should be replaced, and foosball table was damaged and unusable.

The home itself is a nice place. If it would’ve been clean and taken care of it would be very enjoyable. But the Home is dirty. Cigarette buts and floss picks outside on the ground. Dirty floorrs and rugs. Dusty. Besides dirty rugs the bathrooms were clean. Pool table had sand all around the edges on the top. Only two working pool sticks. All the others were broken and only half there. Kitchen is well stocked and very nice appliances, but counters were sticky and not clean. We had to wipe everything down. Cupboards are dirty inside. Dishwasher does not wash the dishes is gross inside. Customer service was of no help with our questions. We asked to check in early because we arrived about 3 pm. Was told we could not. Waited at the home for 4pm to roll around. No one came or left during that time. Asked for a dustpan because we couldn’t find it. Was told there was not one available at the unit. We won’t be back. I don’t like leaving these kinds of reviews but we were pretty disappointed. Hopefully these issues will be fixed for future customers.

The size location and customer service is amazing they are very helpful and understanding so if something is not right be patient with them and they will make it right

Absolutely amazing house! Guys were very friendly and help us with some issues in the house very quickly. Many bedrooms, big kitchen with great tables for big group, super occupied with many games (ping-pong, billiard, shuffleboard, poker table...omg was so great!). Kitchen is great occupied, owners UPDATED FRIDGE (brand new!), we had slight problem with grill, so we used pan for steaks. Super quite location, so close to the beach (kids had a lot of fun), close to Safeway, Chinook Casino! Will be back for 100%. Highly recommended!!!

The Crystal Rose is a gorgeous home with so much entertainment! Great for family or work retreats. Stunning views, great parking and very close to a walking beach. This is our second time at this home and expect to book again and again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We rented the main house as well as the first house for our large group. Just a few hours prior to check in we were told the guest house would not be available for use. Uhm okay?! Supposedly the water and furnace were shut off?? Seems weird to me as we were notified HOURS before check in. The situation was handled poorly and vacasa tried to set us up with a second home to accommodate our large group that was 5 minutes away and putting those funds that would have gone towards the guest house to the second home. Seriously? The whole situation caused us to scramble at the last minute. The home itself was a little grungy and the game room garage has a horrible smell. Main floor shower does not drain. WiFi was horrible. PLEASE take your group elsewhere.
