I’m not one to give bad reviews, but this place is in very sad shape. Hey I’m a guy so I could be here alone with no problem. But… taking a classy lady here? This was embarrassing, never again. The condition of this place is two stars at best. I took a lot of pictures of a lot of sketchy things here. As an example, the bathroom cold faucet handle has a big swath of black duct tape holding it on. The deck has some weird brick covering a large rotten section. The front entry porch has a huge piece of tile missing with a big hole. The list goes on and on. All the windows to view the ocean were extremely dirty inside and out to the point they were opaque. The list goes on and on.

BEAUTIFUL little place to stay. VERY clean when we arrived, private beach access, and a jet tub. No wifi, and no fan or AC, so it gets pretty hot!! Other than that, a great little place, right by the beach!

Great view right on the beach, walk out the front door for instant beach access. Parking is very tight and the bed is not ideal (older spring mattress on a creaky frame) but Great value, especially for a short stay. No wifi though so be prepared to use mobile Hotspot or have some spotty service at times. We had a great weekend though and will use this location again for quick trips.
