The view from the condo was fabulous. The condo was comfortable and quiet. Did not hear neighbors. Beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed staying here, it was great, super location, super views, had typical "gray" coast days & the balcony was super to watch the waves. Well stocked kitchen, the main bedroom mattress was really comfy but the unit is dated.

The view was better than the pictures even show however, the house is very rundown as far as furniture appliances, and general maintenance. In my review to Vacassa, I listed 11 items that needed to be attended to. Weather was nice two days of full sun, and three days of end and out fog, but not cold. If everything was taken care of in my review to the company, it would be a wonderful property, but this owner is definitely falling behind and Vacassa needs to get them up to speed.

We enjoyed the views and the access to the beach most of all. The Cavalier Condominiums are very nice. We will return, but we will not stay in #48 that is available through VACASA.
