This is a well appointed home that is nice and spacious and everything just simply works. Bonus ocean view we didn't realize would be so great. Easy access to bars/restaurants/coffee. Great covered patio and great hot tub. Will definitely rent again.

The house has a wonderful layout with the open floorplan. We were able to all be together even if meals were being prepped & cooked. The upstairs is the main part of the house & offers a decent view of the ocean. Access to the beautiful beach is a block away, however it could be a touch steep for some. The kitchen was well stocked for the most part & has a nice large frig. The hot tub was clean, set at a good temperature & provided a relaxing way to end each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our annual girls trip at Seabreeze Retreat.

Your sliding glass door, man. That really was the only detraction to an otherwise complete home where we were able to cook meals for all of us, enjoy the hot tub, the wrap around deck, proximity to get down to the beach, etc. But you really need to do everyone a favor a fix what is clearly broken - the sliding glass door. And not brush it off because another group of people have come and gone. Otherwise perfection.

Spacious, beautiful view, nicely appointed, very child, friendly with lots of games and pet friendly with a fenced in yard. Very close access to the beach. The house very comfortably slept six adults, three children and a dog and we did not use all the beds in the house. We had a great time.

Seabreeze Retreat is a beautiful home within walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately, my family ran into issue after issue that kept it from being perfect. The house is spacious, the fenced backyard was perfect for the dogs, the outdoor seating was great, the family areas were roomy and welcoming, the kitchen has an excellent fridge and is well-stocked with cooking utensils. We didn’t watch television (too busy enjoying the beautiful beach), but they were in almost every room, and they had a nice supply of board games. It’s a shame that the management of this property kept it from being an ideal stay.
