Overview
Promenade Deck
There are few better places to experience the whale-watching capital of the Oregon Coast than this oceanfront townhome on the rugged, rocky shores of Depoe Bay. You'll be treated to commanding views of the Pacific Ocean from the spacious private balcony, the living area with its large picture windows, and even the kitchen, so you can watch for whale spouts on the horizon as you cook. This oceanfront townhome is located right on the shores of Depoe Bay, less than a mile north of the heart of downtown. It's a fantastic place for watching whales as they migrate between March and December, with the Depoe Bay Whale Watching Center, several observation decks, and charter boats waiting to take you out to sea in town. Catch a glimpse of the 'spouting horn' that sprays the town's harbor during winter storms, or head immediately north of the house to take in another glorious view from Boiler Bay State Scenic Viewpoint. After a day at the beach, out on the water, or exploring the town, you'll come home to a private washer/dryer for your salty clothes. Relax in one of the two plush armchairs in the living area. Bring a glass of wine outside to the balcony at sunset, sit down for a homemade dinner inside at the circular dining table, and spend the evening watching cable, VHS, and DVD favorites on the large TV. THINGS TO KNOW - Minimum stay is 7 days - Quiet hours are 10 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Great condo with amazing wave action! We spent hours glued to the windows watching the crashing waves! The only negative was dated bathrooms, especially the toilet seats, which looked to be about 20 years old!!
The view of whales
The whale watching was incredible!
This home was just as nice as the pictures showed. The whale watching was great. On two separate days, whales came so close we could hear them spouting. Easy to access from highway 101. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-supplied with cooking and serving implements. Only complaint was low chairs and steps into living room and onto deck as we are getting a bit older.
This place was amazing. We had difficulty leaving to do activities as we were mesmerized by seeing the whales right from the deck!
access was great. handy for all of our outings
