You'll also be within walking distance to Fishing Rock State Park! This spacious family home is located in Lincoln Beach, a community that sits about three miles up the coast from downtown Depoe Bay. It's the perfect home base on the Central Oregon Coast, with a local grocery store just steps from the house. You'll have a driveway that can fit a truck towing a small boat, and easy walking access to the beach within three blocks. Boiler Bay State Scenic Viewpoint (two miles), the OPRD Whale Watching Center (three miles), and Lincoln City (nine miles) are all within a quick, scenic drive. What makes this home so special is the space it offers both to gather and to find privacy at the end of each day. Stroll home, wet and tired after a gorgeous day at the beach, to unwind outside on the covered deck. Take in the view from a lounge chair, sip cold drinks in the salty sea air, and get the gas grill going for dinner. At night, watch movies together in the living room or, head downstairs to the plush family room for an evening of board games and kids' movies. Best of all, everyone is assured a restful night's sleep in three comfortable king size beds in each main bedroom, all with TVs.
