Don't miss the heated floors in the bathroom for an extra luxurious touch! After a day of adventure at the beach where you can wade in the water as long as you like, cozy up by the firepit and watch the stars come out to dot the sky. Ideally set between the towns of Mendocino and Fort Bragg, Puffin's Perch is just a few miles from amenities and attractions like Mendocino Village, but in a seaside setting seemingly worlds away from civilization. Guests please note, Puffin's Perch is located on a shared property with another home. Puffin's Perch is a separate structure with a separate entrance and a private hot tub for complete privacy. THINGS TO KNOW House may not be ideal for children due to the steep cliff on the property. When staying in the loft, take care on the steep steps. This property does not support EV charging. Guests are kindly asked to use public EV chargers available in the area.

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival. Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under). A nightly pet fee applies and all pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must stay off furniture, and guests are responsible for cleanup and reporting any damage.
