Streaming channels are accessible on the living area TV with guests' own accounts. With Starlink internet, you’ll have fast, reliable connectivity whether you're working remotely or simply streaming and relaxing. The primary bedroom offers a touch of luxury with radiant floor heating in the en suite bathroom, creating a cozy retreat after a day of coastal adventures. Additional amenities include a roll-out gas grill for summertime barbecues, a convenient washer and dryer, and complimentary high-speed internet to keep you connected throughout your stay. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival. To use the gas fireplace: please hold the on button for 10 seconds to light the fireplace. It will automatically turn off after an hour. If the kitchen oven isn't working, please flip the circuit breaker in the pantry area. This property has one exterior security camera that monitors the front door and entryway. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas. This property has an EV charger in the gameroom/garage. If using the EV Charger please Do Not leave the garage door open over night for security reasons.
