There's even an outdoor hot shower for rinsing off sand after trips to the beach. The spacious kitchen comes well-appointed for home cooking and there's seating for all at the dining table set for six. In the evenings, unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV. A central fireplace adds cozy comfort for chilly weather. The house is not big - two bedrooms total - but it is so well laid out and so bright and clean that it felt much bigger than its footage. It exuded welcome and comfort and we felt at home and settled in almost right away. Our time there was quiet, relaxing, and rejuvenating. The forest is right behind the backyard, and just a 5-minute stroll into it made you feel like you're deep in the woods. But the location is actually just about 8 minutes from town and super convenient. We will definitely be back.

Spacious home in a quiet and well-kept area. Everything you could possibly need was available in the house, and it was spotlessly clean. A lovely, spacious kitchen equipped with every kind of cookware, tableware, etc. A generous utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and extra beach towels. The bedrooms were also in perfect condition, as was the large bathroom. And not to forget: a wonderful outdoor shower and jacuzzi. The house is also conveniently located near the picturesque town of Mendocino and close to beautiful hiking trails, both through the forest and along the rugged coastline. So yes, there’s only one conclusion: just book this wonderful home!!

We loved this house. The location was so peaceful but only a 10-minute drive to Mendocino or 20 to Fort Bragg. It is inside a little community just off highway 1, so it’s very easy to find but no highway or tourist/crowd noise. We loved being able to start our hikes directly form the beautiful back yard – the hike to the waterfalls was fantastic! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking - what a beautiful setting eating in the backyard at the picnic table. We even had deer visit us one morning. The water pressure in the shower is low, but that’s how it generally is in this area. There were lots of towels available and the beds were comfy. The flowers in front of the house were so beautiful, too.

This house and property are beautiful. Everything is well designed and super comfortable. We loved the kitchen layout and the yard with the hot tub. We also enjoyed the games, books, and crafts for the kids. Nice beds too! Will definitely recommend this place and hope to come back here again. Thank you for the great stay.
