Rating
The home is in a great location, within walking distance to Russian Gulch State Park and right between Mendocino and Fort Bragg. The home layout was perfect for me and my two small kiddos. The home was comfortable and in very good shape, and the beds were great. Two TV's - one in main room one in bedroom - we brought our firestick and all connectivity was great. The patio was lovely as was the hottub. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
Proximity to Russian Gulch state park
Awesome location, cozy house; only issue was poor wifi
Mendocino is a beautiful city, and this house is classically designed. It's a cozy home and the hot tub was perfect, amenities were great, and we loved walking down to the cliffs at the russian gulch state park every day. That said, the internet was not working and I spent two days working on fixing it. I ended up having to use my own comcast hotspot to connect to the internet. This impacted my work and wasted so much time and mental energy during the first two days. They also deferred blame to Comcast, which - as someone who works in tech - was patently incorrect. They gave me $40 for my that so...yeah, do with that what you will.
