The views from this house are flat-out stunning, the best I've seen from any rental. We barely wanted to leave for sightseeing-those views were that good! The place itself was comfortable, and fit the area vibe perfectly. It doesn't allow kids or pets, which makes sense with cliffs right nearby. Four of us stayed, but one couldn't handle the spiral stairs to the downstairs bedroom, so we swapped rooms. The hot tub water was pretty cloudy so we didn’t use it. Still, I'd book it again just for those views.
I could hear the ocean while I slept and everything about this property was relaxing and peaceful. The hot tub was in a private natural setting with views of the ocean. Every window of the house has an ocean view. Very private. Would definitely stay again.
The house is at the end of a road right on the cliff, with a beautiful view. As others have said it's like staying in your grandparents house due to the decor, but it's also well-stocked with games and puzzles and has plenty of room for everyone to hang out. There is a spiral staircase to get to one of the bedrooms so you do need to be fairly spry to get there. We enjoyed the central location, and appreciated the slightly treacherous path down to some tide pools where we saw lots of sea life. Would definitely stay here again!
The views and setting are simply fantastic. The house is predictably Mendo Quirky.
Beautiful views from the house and surrounding bluffs. We loved everything
This home is tucked in a beautiful cliff side of the Mendocino coastline. Close to the towns of Fort Bragg and Mendocino. Our family visit here was filled with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean sunsets. The soft spray of the crashing waves and the scent of the salty sea air. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings and cocktails in the backyard at sunset. The hot tub has a beautiful view of the setting sun accompanied by the relaxing hot water. We will be returning to this lovely home stocked with all the comforts of home.
