For beach fans, this property is 13 miles from East Beach and just over 13 miles from Gould's Inlet. Divers will enjoy Gray's Reef, as well as many artificial reefs built around sunken ships located throughout the area. Plus, Hampton Marina, Fort Frederica, Cannon's Point Preserve, and The Stables at Frederica are all great attractions nearby!

Good location for golf tournament. Overall the house was very nice, bight and open. The issues we had were more with the management not keeping the home maintained properly. It was strange not having the 3rd bedroom inside the main house, especially when the elevator broke bc you then had to go outside and up the stairs to access the home. The AC in the 3rd bedroom (located in the garage) was not working properly and the elevator stopped working during our stay. Property wasn't cleaned to our standards (e.g., light fixtures in the kitchen were very dusty). We still haven't heard from Vacasa's local management team regarding our disappointment. Hopefully they will reimburse us for these issues.

The house was perfectly cleaned and just right for our family gathering over Labor Day. Plenty of room and a lovely well appointed kitchen with a great porch looking over the golf course. Close to the marina and other family that lives in the area.

Great kitchen and spaces. Just know the 3rd master bedroom is downstairs only accessible by the elevator. Good supplies for a baby and it would be nice if they also had a baby gate to keep a toddler from escaping up the very cool spiral staircase to the loft. Overall EXCELLENT. Plus the kitchen had all the equipment you will need if you are a gourmet chef! They thought of everything. St. Simons Island was awesome.

The home was clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. We lived our stay and would recommend anyone wanting a quality vacation on wait Simon’s island to consider this home

I can't say enough about this place. Neighborhood was very quite and peaceful. Surrounded by big beautiful trees and wildlife, next to the 7th hole of the golf course. Wow! This house has everything you need for a great vacation. Had several big outdoor games in garage area. Plenty of board games up in the loft. Full kitchen with all the bells and whistles. It was very peaceful sitting on the back porch watching all the wildlife come and go. It was about 20 minutes to get out the neighborhood but the REST IN PEACE we got was worth every minute driving. The elevator made it very easy and convenient to bring luggage in and out of house.
