Location was great and could walk to town and restaurants. Unit was overgrown with junk everywhere around the house. Trees scratched the sides and roof all night long. Furniture is old and uncomfortable. Very weak to no Internet connection. Would not recommend unless major improvements were done.
Cozy getaway
The baby breezy tree house was a great place to stay! The room was clean and quaint. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were so friendly a d helpful. Everything was close. The beach was in walking distance, and the sunrise was beautiful.
Came into St. Simons Island for a wedding and didn’t want to stay on location. This find was very cute and had a sweet cottage vibe. The property had most of what we needed. The shower was tight, but the bed was very comfortable. A good find overall!
The location is great, within walking distance of the beach and the area is very quiet. One of the reasons I chose the house was because of the good comments about cleanliness. However, my experience was the opposite. The bottom of the shower was dirty (good thong we we always bring flip flops), the shower linen had black mildew, same as the shower curtain. It definitely had not been changed in a long time. There was a dirty old chair next to the bed. Worst of all, we found a roach in the bathroom the first night and another in the kitchen sink on the third night. The cabinets where they keep all yhe kitchen utensils are all open and at floor level, which means that roaches freely roam. There was dust built up on the back side of the black fan next to the bed.
We loved our stay. Strongly recommend
