Rating
If you are just looking for a basic place to stay then this will do. All kitchen glasses are unmatched. Kitchen table has water rings. Master bath has a dirty rug which would be a simple matter to vacuum or throw into the washing machine. Front door lock is a 10 digit combo which frequently malfunctions. The ceiling fan light in the second bedroom does not work. The 5G Wi-Fi password does not work. I ended up using the 2G password. If you are just looking For a basic place to stay and you are not all that concerned about top quality then this would suffice for you.
The condo was perfect for a little family getaway. It’s cozy, but has great space. The amenities are amazing. Beach access is so easy! The condo may not have ocean front views but you can see the ocean and a beautiful sunrise out on the balcony which was my favorite part. Other favorite was the kiddie pool for my toddler who spent most of the days splashing in it. Also have a grill out by the office which was nice for us to grill one day. So much space between the deck and the pools!! And the $ General across the street was a lifesaver. Love NSB!!
The place was really fun to stay in and it had a really nice layout, kids love the pool and the beach is right there so we spent a lot of time on the Beach surfing and playing in sand, even saw a baby turtle and had fun looking at craba
We have a large group that has been coming to Sea Coast Gardens for 35+ years. The updates that Sea Coast Gardens has done over the past couple of years are great. This unit though was underwhelming. Some low cost updates to replace the 2nd bedroom overhead light/fan and cookware is necessary. Get a storm door or improve the door locking/code situation. Everything else was acceptable. I will probably avoid this unit for future trips.
The property itself is nice, good location and nice pools. The condo we rented was outdated with leaking pipes under the kitchen sink which had a bowl catching the water that was full upon arrival, the only reason we figured it out was after washing out cups, water was running out of the cabinet. The condo is ok but very basic and kind of run down.
