I will begin with the positive aspects of the rental first, to be fair. As far as location is concerned, it was great for accessing the pier and some popular local restaurants on the island, with some walking involved. It does have beachfront access by key fob which was wonderful. It made our morning sunset access easy. For it's size, it was nicely furnished and the necessary sheets and towels were provided, along with some toiletries in the shower. It has a Keurig, with three fluid volume settings, so be sure to bring your K-cups with you before you arrive. As for the not so great aspects of the property, I will begin by stressing that this property is a studio, so be careful with the company you choose to invite with you to the rental. While it says it sleeps four, I would say it probably better sleeps three, as long as the third person isn't above 5'7". Also, when arriving there, DO NOT go past Adam's Egg, the restaurant that sits below the property. You will be very confused as to which site is the proper one, if you do. My guest and I turned into the last entrance, because we saw a lobby. We were going to ask for instructions to access the rental, but it was locked. We spent what seemed like too much time in the heat trying to find the condo itself. This will be a temporary issue, but one worth mentioning. There are repairs being done to the seawall adjacent to the Ocean Jewel, and that involves the rear portion of the property itself. It shouldn't be a deal breaker for someone, but just know before you go. You can still get to the beach, there is just construction in process in places. All in all, if I were going with one other person, the time spent would be easy. Overall not a bad place to inhabit for a little while.

The studio condo is a good place to stay. The room had nice amenities. Close to all the main attractions and beach. A couple cons… real close to the main boulevard so we heard every loud exhaust and stereo from vehicles passing by. Also, the shower wouldn’t drain properly so we had to take quick showers, and the sink plug was locked down, no pull latch attached to drain, rendering it useless. We contacted services but no repair person came out. If those were in good order, our stay wouldn’t have been better.

Nice location on the beach. Room is quaint, nicely updated. Would be very tight with 4 people. The kitchen is more suited to heating things up than actually cooking food.
