The unit should be off the market until they fix the air conditioning and the smell of the smoke in the unit. It was so strong that I was very sick and had a severe migraine the next morning. I had to check out early. And I still didn't receive my full refund for the second night. Even 2 weeks after returning from vacation. I was very happy with the gentleman that helped us while we were there and he did his best to make us comfortable and at home. It's definitely not his fault. Based on the air quality alone I should get a full refund for both nights. The unit otherwise is kept clean, two twins are very comfortable. The pull-up coach was very uncomfortable.The bathroom is very small if you have a family. The kitchen is very cute and hard most things that we need.

The living room has a wall of two sliding doors that both open to the balcony, talk about the most stunning view of your life. The walk in shower with the waterfall shower head just feels so nice at the end of a long day walking to shops or on the beach tanning/swimming.

The view from the living room simply cannot be beat. The large windows/doors out to the balcony make for an unforgettable view. The property was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, though we didn't really use it much. The parking was plentiful and easy. They provided two beach towels and plenty of bath towels and travel sized toiletries. There was also a small box with dish soap and such. Overall, our stay was lovely. Visiting during the winter months, I didn't expect to be spending much time on the beach, but having the large window and large balcony was wonderful for sitting with a blanket and a coffee and reading, while still being near the ocean, which is precisely what this trip was for. We did not use the pool, due to the chilly weather, but it looked to be in good shape. The beach was extremely easy to access from the property with very few stairs down to the sand. The boardwalk / pier were within walking distance (for us) and there was both a Publix and a Winn Dixie within a very quick driving distance for groceries and anything else we needed. While we were there, there was construction happening right next to the condo on the beach ramp, sometimes late into the night. This is not the fault of the property owner, but might be worth looking into if you have small children who are easily woken up by noise.
