The ocean view and easy beach access, plenty of room inside with good size rooms.

I was disappointed in the direct impact the construction had on my husband. Our patio was cut off for us so he did not have direct access to the beach and pool. He has COPD so the extra steps to walk to get to the beach had a direct impact on him. That was one of the reasons I chose the ground floor unit. The condo itself was very nice, well furnished, and our host was fabulous. Parking was no problem in the lot or the garage. The pool area was always clean and very well maintained. Although, I could use more comfy chairs and a heated pool. I saw 2 right whales and I saw dolphins twice during my stay. A treat I'm sure.

Really enjoyed our stay but there was some issues for sure. The whole building was undergoing construction so every morning at 7:30am we’d be woken up to pneumatic tools banging. There was also a plumbing issue that flooded out the whole gym floor. As far as the room itself though, the room was very clean and was perfect for our group. Overall it was good but not the best given the circumstances.

Being on the beach was wonderful and in relation to the race track it was easy to get around. The unit was spacious and comfortable.

Stayed here in 22 for Jeep Beach. Loved it and rebooked it for this year 2023. I understand there is hurricane damage and construction everywhere. That being said, this condo has walk out doors to the patio and beach overlook. All 3 doors were screwed shut (fire code violation). The entry way to the unit has the floor torn up. We paid a premium for the ground floor. We were never made aware of the condition of this place. After we checked in I received an email saying the unit was rented to us in error and should have been canceled prior to our arrival due to safety issues. We ended up finally being able to relocate after 2 days of back and forth with VACASA. Make sure this place is fixed before you book it. From the looks of it, it will not be in 2023.
