Enjoyed our stay, great ocean views & location. Home was satisfactory.

The home is very gorgeous & spacious! Perfect for a large family. High tide in November leaves little beach area for playing though! Water comes right up to the house! You are very much on the beach!!

Beach front property with private pool has plenty of bedrooms and open spaces for an extended family and/or friends to gather. Well equipped for cooking and serving 12. Lots of towels and nice laundry.

Overall great place. Can’t beat location. Having the beach and pool right there was perfect! The inside was updated and am grateful to have been able to stay there with my family. I will relay just a couple things and others can judge for themselves whether it is an issue for them or not. 1)the back sliding door would not lock (no fault of property owner or Vacasa as it apparently broke unexpectedly with prior guests). We did not realize this until we tried to lock it when we went out for dinner. I called Vacasa to let them know, especially since this was a safety concern. However, the person was not very cordial but said they would take care of it. Two days later I called again since no one had contacted us or fixed it. In the meanwhile, we were using a bike lock, tho we eventually found two wood pieces that sort of worked when placing them side by side behind the door to keep it from opening. The second time I called Vacasa, the operator was very kind and got us in contact with the local manager who let us know the lock was on order and that they knew it was an issue. She was extremely informative about the situation and very nice. However, we never did have anyone come out to provide a temporary fix (perhaps a correctly measured board at least to go behind the door as a temporary fix). There was a side door with an automated locking system that didn’t work or open, perhaps due to a battery issue. I also mentioned that in calling but didn’t get a fix. it wasn’t an issue really, except that with the bike lock on the back, in the event of an emergency, would’ve made it difficult getting out that door, so it would’ve been nice to have another exit besides the front door. 2) The stove top has a safety feature where it only works with certain pots/pans that have a specialized bottom that are required to be on the burner for it to work. Nice idea maybe but was a bit of a pain compared to regular stove top. Not a big deal tho 3) really bad ant problem in kitchen and dining area. A lot of gnats in an upstairs bathroom 4) lots and lots of pool and beach items in downstairs storage room but most of the chairs were rusted in two or with broken plastic and unusable. Also, there were so many items it was hard to find because most everything was buried under other stuff. Just needs organizing a little, dejunking and getting rid of broken and unusable items. Nothing that was major really. Just a little frustrating how many layers there are to getting something as important as locking a door accomplished. There were so many positives though. Lots of beach towels. The house was very clean. The pool was great. There were “beach toys” available. Lots of space and sitting areas. Check out was a breeze and there was comparatively little to do before leaving. They truly do use the cleaning fee to do the cleaning! Would do it again at this location! Hope this helps those looking to go here and the “hosts” to continue to improve on a very nice place!

Best beach house for a large family or friends to enjoy. LOTS of space to spread out and 4 bathrooms made it quick and easy for all of us. The pool was great too. Nearly private beach and easy access. We all honestly loved this house so much. We will definitely be back.
