On the first level, the first bedroom has two twins and is next to a full hallway bath. The second bedroom has a queen, a TV, deck access, and a full bath. The third bedroom has a double bed, a TV, deck access, and is near the laundry facilities. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The interior features warm and welcoming wood accents. The large top floor great room has a half bath, tall cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, and a comfortable living area with an entertainment center. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, an extra-large breakfast bar, and is near an intimate dining area. A wide furnished sun deck offers views of the ocean and sunsets. Things to know:

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.
