Make unforgettable family memories at Lucky Catch, a spacious 7-bedroom, 3,300-square-foot retreat in Kinnakeet Shores Resort. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful panoramic sound views and easy water access, this home is designed for fun, comfort, and relaxation.

The backyard is a true highlight, featuring a large private pool, furnished sundecks, a shaded tropical bar, outdoor shower, park grill, basketball hoop, and fish-cleaning station. There's even a six-person hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.Inside, kids and adults alike will love the game room with a full-size pool table, wet bar, and TV. Each of the seven bedrooms includes a TV, ceiling fan, and comfortable furnishings, giving everyone their own space to relax, including their own bathroom.The top floor is ideal for gathering, with an open living area, gas fireplace, sound views, and a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two dishwashers—perfect for large family meals. Wraparound decks offer plenty of space to enjoy sunsets over the water.

Lucky Catch is ideally situated in the heart of Avon, making trips to grocery stores, shopping, and several popular local restaurants quick and convenient. We had an excellent stay this past week. The facility was as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. The location was good for quite a few of our favorite places. Also, the weather was a bit challenging but the Sound side was a great place to stay and was very safe. We will visit Lucky Catch #3-18 again!

We had a great stay at this beach house! The home is spacious with plenty of room for a big group, and we loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking together easy, and the location on a secluded cul-de-sac was peaceful. One of the best surprises was the beautiful sound and sunset view from the upper deck—absolutely stunning. The house is starting to show some age, with a few areas like the decks and windows showing signs of rot. The pool house area also seemed a bit neglected by the weekly cleaners—we ended up giving it a quick clean before hosting a family cookout. We also noticed a few dirty towels left behind in one bathroom, but that wasn’t a major issue. Overall, this was a very good value and we really enjoyed our time here. With a little extra attention to maintenance and cleaning, this house could be perfect.

We loved the home’s location and having a covered area by the pool. The home could use some fresh updates including new kitchen cookware. Only one full size fridge for a home that large is not enough. We had no room for drinks which caused us to buy cooler ice daily and that added up quickly. Not enough seating in the kitchen or near the pool for number of guests. We experienced roaches and spiders daily which freaked our kids out pretty bad. The third floor air conditioner stopped working on our last night there and temp got near 80. We still had a great time but this house could be much better with some updates! On the plus side, the complimentary soaps in the showers was a nice add!

The sunset views from the top balcony, private location with lots of wildlife sightings, very close to an access where you could watch see turtles, and perfect size home with all the fixings for a big group! Sound access nearby but not really easy to find the path. Best beach access we found was to drive over to Avon pier and park.
