The location and home itself was terrific. Very spacious. Quick walk out to the beach. We had an issue with the hot tub not working forctge firstv4 days however, it was fixed and we were compensated. Pool sticks were broken and was quickly fixed for us. We definitely will be renting the home again!

The house was a great size for 2 adults and 5 teenagers. It was in a fantastic location.

Spacious enough for 12 people with plenty of room ! House and amenities were clean and everything worked perfectly during our stay. Super short walk to the beach and great views . Would book again .

We were at the house for 4 nights and it was just amazing! Great house, little outdated, but clean and neat! The pool was great, the jacuzzi was great as well! We have no complaints at all, but couple of little stuff. The balconies are very old with a lot of rusted nails all around, so make sure to wear shoes. There are no beach towels and no umbrellas or beach chairs, so make sure to bring your own. The beach is like a minute walk and it’s like a private one. The only people there and the ones from the houses around! We will definitely go back there next year!

BUYER BEWARE We booked this home for a family trip and realized immediately after booking that it would not work for us. We reached out within 2 hours of booking to request cancelation. We were told there was no cancelation and we asked if an exception could be made since they still had enough notice to rebook the place to someone else. Help agents tried several times to reach out to the owners but they never responded and they withdrew the first payment as soon as it was available to them. We then asked if we could just let them have the first payment as a cancelation fee but let us stop the second payment and they can open the booking for these days again. (This was still several months before the booked dates) Vacasa support said no. In a last ditch effort, we then asked if we could change the dates at all so we could try to utilize the place if even only one day. They responded no because all the dates were booked even though on the calendar it showed the place was not booked the day before our booking. We were told this wasn't possible. We reluctantly accepted that this was not going to be resolved fairly. Then to add salt to the wound we got emails and texts about 'getting excited for our stay' and the entry code and then daily check ins on the condition of the home. So we can't say whether this is a good place to stay, but we can tell you it's been an awful place to not stay.
