We loved the upstairs porch with the ocean view, easy access to the beach and the open plan upstairs, which is spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. We have stayed in this house before, and would come back again.

We absolutely love this home and will definitely stay again. Beautiful home in a great location. You can hear and see the waves all day and night and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Hot tub was a nice touch in the evenings too.

This was my first time staying in Hatteras, along with my boyfriend and my dog. We loved it! The house was beautifully decorated; very beachy and comfortable. The view of the ocean from the deck was gorgeous! We spent so much time relaxing on the top deck, gazing at the ocean and the stars. The hot tub was also a huge bonus - especially days that were too rainy or windy for the beach. We also took full advantage of being so close to the ferry, visiting Ocracoke twice during our two week stay. We also walked to dinner and the the Graveyard of the Atlantic museum. Great location, and very comfortable house. Thank you!

The location was great, and the view was wonderful. Otherwise this home lacked a great deal. The floors were cheap linoleum which I guess is everywhere now sadly, but it was especially sticky and would not clean up -for some reason. The kitchen table was also forever sticky, nothing could be done about it- perhaps the cleaner they used was taking up some of the material/varnish on the table and floors? All the kitchen chairs were broken, not a single one was sturdy when sat down-very cheap plastic chairs. The door to the garbage was broken and wasn't repaired during our stay even though we had 2 visits from the repair/vacasa team. drawers inside refrigerator were broken. Ice receptacle was broken. There was basically nothing to cook with and many of the things that were there to use were broken- like the cheese grater. Coffeemaker was the cheapest possible version of junk- There was a piece of dog excrement under the bunk bed in kids room. Under all the other beds it was extremely dirty sandy and sticky. I would say this place needs some love and a better management team.

The house was in a great location with an excellent view of the beach. The main living area was spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were small but adequate. The bathrooms were clean except the staining on the shower curtains. The kitchen was clean but lacked some basics. Bbq lighter, not enough silverware, only 2 dish towels. The house could have been cleaner, seemed like the cleaner overlooked some areas: bbq grill, floors. Nice spot but would probably choose something else next time
