The ease of my sister getting around in her wheelchair was the best part.

The house was very beautiful, very relaxing, we enjoyed everything. The jacuzzi was great but it didn’t work after 30 minutes of use but I called and help came right away but then it didn’t work again 30 minutes after. Overall we enjoyed truly recommend for a big group of family, friends or both

My family stayed in this home the last week of August. We love the area it’s in but unfortunately the house left a lot to be desired. It was filthy when we arrived (hours after our scheduled check in), dirty refrigerator, crumbs on the kitchen table, very dirty floors, broken dishwasher, a moldy shower curtain and trash on two levels of the deck.) I spoke with guest services and sent them pictures of the property and they had someone contact me the following day to send a cleaning team, so we did end up having to stay the night in a pretty gross house. They said the cleaning team would be there around 12 and didn’t show up until after I called again at 3 pm. They did clean the house but they could only do so much with our belongings there. I didn’t feel great about the rest of our week long stay with the house not being clean when we arrived and only spot cleaned after that. I also made guest services aware of the broken dishwasher but nothing was ever mentioned about repairing it etc so we just had to deal with it halfway falling out from under the counter top every time we needed to open it. We made the best of the trip but I left feeling disappointed with the state of the property. I’ll add we stayed in a different vacasa property last year and while it wasn’t perfect I didn’t leave complaints because it was at least clean.

The home is in a great location just a short walk to the beach. Our kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool. The home itself has everything you could need for a great stay, however there is a big ant problem, the beds are very firm and it could have been cleaner upon arrival. Overall it was a nice home for our family vacation.

This home had everything we needed and then some. There was plenty of things to do and more than enough room for 2 families to spread out and relax. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the home was poor and every one of our guest was cut from a broken piece in the deep end of the pool. With a true cleaning, this home could be the perfect multi family beach getaway.

This was our 1st time visiting the Outerbanks. Perfect house for families with kids. The pool was great. Only complaints were that the beds in the master bedrooms were extremely hard. Also a larger hotub would be great since the house can accomodate so many people. Definately would stay again if we decided to visit again!
