WV132 Perfect Landing

The hot tub was great, the outdoor decking was amazing. Easy access to the beach. Quite, peaceful setting

We have stayed here a few times and have had no complaints

Extended family of seven (two sisters with our husbands and 3 children combined) enjoyed a week long vacation in Waves at Perfect Landing. Our children, ages 15, 14 and 10 enjoyed the short distance from the beach, pool, hot tub and amenities in the home of the basement fun area, quiet bedrooms on the second floor and the upper floor with a spacious living/dining area, large primary bedroom and kitchen. Wrap-around decks with chairs to relax in complimented the second and third floors. My favorite part was the crow's nest with an outstanding view of beautiful, nightly sunsets which could be seen over the sound. Also within view was the ocean and you can hear the waves from the upper deck. Very peaceful. The kitchen is bigger in person that looks in the pictures. Having the Roku remote was convenient to be able to link to our streaming subscriptions for TV options. Floating in the pool with the convenience of coming upstairs for sandwich or afternoon nap is priceless. We would recommend Perfect Landing for a family vacation. The Waves/Rodanthe area is also not a bad drive from the Kitty Hawk/Nags Head area and has some cute shopping and tasty restaurant options.

This house was just what we were looking for. Close walk to the beach. Large pool for all to enjoy. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room for dinners together. Just absolutely perfect for my family to enjoy a week away.

The house was immaculate. It suited all our needs. The house limit is 8 but the entire house could easily accommodate 10-12. The house did provide complementary samples of dish detergent, dishwasher powder, a sponge and laundry detergent along with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Thankful we packed everythine would need for the kitchen. There was not even salt or pepper available. Be aware either pack essentials for the kitchen or the local Food Lion was approx 20 min away. The pool was surprisingly large and the hot tub was nice. Clean...There was an ice maker on the lower level which came in handy. The 3 decks were great and the furniture was sturdy and comfortable. It would have been nice to have that type of furniture around the pool instead of the plastic furniture. The walk to the beach was approx 5 minutes away. Climbing the path to the beach could be hard for people with physical issues. Overall, it was a wonderfuI week. I would definitely recommend this beach rental.

The house was perfect for us. We had 4 adults in 4 separate rooms. This was the perfect place for us. We cooked all week and just enjoyed the pool, hot tub and living spaces! It was a perfect getaway!
