This quintessential beach cottage in friendly Brigand's Bay has received a major update for 2021: completely new bathrooms; new kitchen appliances; new Kingsdown queen beds, new flooring and carpeting throughout, and many other enhancements. Comfortable furniture, new (in 2020) Smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchen make Studio 54 perfect for couples, a small family, or a fishing party. The dock can welcome a 24-foot boat, plus three short steps down to the canal make launching your canoe or kayak easy. The deck has a loveseat swing perfect for romantic moments. Just minutes by boat to the sound and a quick ride to the best beaches, Studio 54 helps make your vacation great!

The View of the canal was amazing. Instead of seeing other beach houses we saw a lovely grove of trees.The house is all on one level which is great for us seniors and the fishing and crabbing was amazing. Vacasa also added to that with a spotless ready to go cottage, plenty of starter supplies and hassle free check in and checkout. Will definitely rent this cottage again. Best vacation ever.

This was our 3rd or 4th time renting Studio 54. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to reach everything from Avon to Ocracoke with ease. Water pressure is EXCEPTIONAL. Enjoyed sitting on the porch swing watching the sunrise as the rest of the family slept. Agree with review stating the treehouse could use some attention. Kayak landing/lower level of dock also needs repair, which was a little bit of a bummer as we brought kayaks but we adapted. The house itself is damn near perfect. Nice outside deck. Cold A/C. Strong wifi for rainy days. Would def recommend.

The home is in a good location. We loved the close proximity of the water, it was great for the kayak we rented. The tree house needs some updating. We had no issues with mosquitoes or other bugs. The house has great water pressure. I do wish there was an available cabinet in the kitchen to use as food storage. We ended up leaving everything on the counter. Another suffering would be too update the listing to state linens are provided. We spent $160 to rent sheets and towels and we didn't need to.

My grandchildren and I enjoyed our stay in Studio 54. The home was very clean and comfortable. I will recommend Vacasa and plan to return to OBX.

This home was great for our family of five (kids ages 12, 7, and 2). We wanted something with minimal stairs, space for everyone, and something to keep us busy...this house had it all. My husband and sons loved crabbing off the dock and swinging in the tree. Our daughter loved having her own room. I loved the hammock swing. Thank you for a great stay!
