HA161 Seascape Cottage

We went down with not much expectation and had a great experience. I would just say the flooring was surprising, but everything else was something expected at the beach. Most of the time we spend all our time on the beach and only need somewhere to lay your head. This time was a little bit different as we brought our granddaughter for the first time. Enjoyed it I would rent again.

Stayed two weeks with the kids and wife. Location is great, roughly a block away from the beach. Couches need a deep cleaning, dishwasher was leaking a bit. Rooms are fine, only used for sleeping. Would stay again

Loved that property management came out to get us what we needed for our stay.

Loved the screen porch and elevated deck to watch the sunsets. Worked well for my family of 4. Rooms are small but if you are a Hatteras Veteran you have probably stayed in a house like this. Fridge Ice maker must have had issues freezing in the past. Floor next to it in the hallway has a soft spot. I just turned the ice maker off and bought ice from the store. Previous guest bought a grill. I added a grill brush and left some charcoal for the next guest. I love this street in Hatteras. If you’re a beach lover this house will be just fine.

House was decent everything works master bed was ok. Couch is stained up and hallway floor is messed up from water damage from ac unit or fridge. Needs a runner rug for hallway at least to protect people's feet

While dated, this house met our needs. The house was clean and comfortable. The best part was the location! We were only a few minutes walk to the beach (half a block). Although some small repairs need to be done, I would stay here again.
