This home was everything we could have asked for our family of five! Plenty of space, large outdoor entertaining area, super short walk to the beach, quiet street, I could go on and on! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We really appreciated the budget friendliness of this home which makes it hard to complain, luckily we experienced it just outside of peak season and it was fine for what we needed. If my review is honest, I would have been severely upset if I paid a penny more. The beach access for this home might as well not even exist… at the end of the road you will find a short boardwalk that will lead you to at least a two football field trail hike up hill to the beach over hot sand not ideal for tents, chairs and coolers on any day let alone August. The lower decking is new but the top deck is so rickety I’m not sure why anyone wouldn’t have had it replaced at the same time, we were never able to enjoy it for safety concerns. Under the house is infested with large hornets, they never bothered us but not something I’d expect at a managed property. Inside the home is a typical old beach house, outdated and a little shock to the system— the furniture is uncomfortable, the queen bed was definitely not a queen but maybe a full and we didn’t find it comfy at all. Luckily we are a family who loves outdoor showers because they just simply doesn’t look appealing in the house. There was an odd faint fish smell every morning in the kitchen, assuming from previous guests because we don’t cook seafood in our home let alone someone else’s. I think anyone who views it as a place to sleep and that’s all would be fine here.
