Amaizin Blue is described as a beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally well-appointed beach house that feels comfortable for families and groups, with a thoughtfully designed layout and quality furnishings throughout. Guests consistently praised the comfortable living spaces, well-stocked and highly organized kitchen, ample gathering areas, and features like the elevator that made moving between floors especially convenient. The home is repeatedly noted as very clean, spotless, bright, airy, and well maintained, with ongoing updates that guests clearly appreciate. Its location is a standout, with direct and easy beach access beside the house and convenient proximity to nearby shops and dining. Guests especially loved the spectacular ocean views, memorable sunrises, and the covered decks and porches that made it easy to relax outdoors in many conditions. Repeatedly appreciated features include comfortable deck furniture, a hot tub, ping pong table, outdoor shower, extra refrigerator, separate ice maker, labeled storage, strong wifi, and family-friendly extras that made stays easy and enjoyable.

With an unabashed love of the contemporary with all the essence, charm, and size of an old Nags Head-style Southern mansion, this home spreads out over 3,000 square feet and nine-foot ceilings to truly provide a feeling of luxury. Each bedroom features a TV, while two bedrooms have direct access to the wrap-around lower deck with a private hot tub (with a new one coming in 2024). On the second level, the two-story oceanfront window wall illuminates the spacious great room with spectacular views of the ocean. The large dining room and well-equipped kitchen open up onto a graciously proportioned screened porch with ocean views and a Ping-Pong table. Feel free to cook up dinner on the private gas grill and take in the fresh air.

Ive been renting Amaizin Blue for years nkw and it's easily one of the BEST houses available.

This is a wonderful spot and I highly recommend this house. Please don't be discouraged with the few things I want to address with the owners. First the good, replacement of the living room furniture is outstanding, very comfortable. The three new doors to the deck are a big improvement. On a side note, having a screen on the master bedroom slider is a must. Laying in bed at night listening to the waves is one reason why we rent oceanfront. Second the bad, as you know the house sits in a low area. With the 3"-5" of rain that came with the Noreaster the yard was flooded. Arriving late at night due to roads being closed there was no dry entry point. Our options were to wade through a foot of water or scale over the stairway railing with our baggage. Parking was dry at the drive entrance. Having dry entry to the house during flooded conditions is crucial. The water receded after 5 days. Coming and going with supplies during that time was unpleasant. I want all to know my situation is very uncommon. Please don't pass over this wonderful house. This is the only way I can communicate with the owner, would much preferred to send a private email. Jeff

This house was absolutely amazing from the view, beach access, and especially how well stocked the house was when it came to the kitchen. We had one issue that arose due to the power going out on the island and the response time was phenomenal. The issue was resolved same day, within a couple of hours. I would absolutely rent it again!

Beautiful property, well designed, plenty of room for everyone. Furnishings are high quality, and the home is fully equipped... everything you could need or imagine. We didn't have the greatest weather, so it was great to be in a very comfortable home!
