Overview

At outstanding ocean-side Sun Phun, your days will be bright, so bring your shades! The beach is a safe walk away at the end of the cul-de-sac, so don't worry about a long commute to white sand and crashing waves. Outside, the pool and enclosed area are perfect for lounging and playing with kids. The under-house carport, fish-cleaning station, and an outside bathroom with a shower add to Sun Phun's allure. The entry-level den is cozy and furnished with a TV and DVD player and a wet bar with a sink and a mini-fridge for entertaining the whole gang during downtime spent at home base. When you want to slip into relaxation mode, the hot tub is on the outside deck, just waiting to soothe sore walking legs. The laundry room is also on the same floor to keep sandy suits clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast island, and the dining area with a table for eight is adjacent, making dining in a no-brainer. The great room is bright and cheerful, with a vaulted ceiling and a TV and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to a sundeck and a screened porch, perfect for kicking back with your family and friends all day and evening! Sun Phun is well-done, a perfect and relaxing home away from home.

Great house in a great location! The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Nice pool area and the outdoor bathroom/shower was a plus!

The upstairs living room furniture is not conducive to relaxing and enjoying TV, very uncomfortable and the cleaning staff definitely does not clean upon your arrival!!!! Our shower liners were covered in black mold spots, we had to vacuum upon our arrival as the floors were covered in fuzzball’s and hair. The dishwasher was not emptied and the toilets were extremely dirty with residue and hair. We provided pictures as requested to Vacasa on the day of our arrival and they said they would send the cleaning crew out to clean the toilets per our request as the home did not come equipped with any cleaning supplies. The request they initially posed was completely ignored and we were ghosted. The house does not come equipped with many “supplies” in the kitchen or for your stay (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, etc.) so plan on bringing or buying your own supply! We have stayed in many homes via VRBO, and this home was by far the most disappointing!!!!

The house was pretty much perfect. The week we spent at the beach started out a little cold and very windy and the rip tides were keeping everyone out of the ocean. We used the hot tub and pool almost every day. The house is well kept and has a ton of room. This was my first vacation ever and my wife’s first vacation since we’ve been married (almost 10 years). We would definitely rent this property again. Being able to bring our dog along with us made the vacation so much better than it would have been without him. I have no complaints about the property at all and feel it has everything you could want/need. There are several places to eat within walking distance but we did travel to restaurants and stores. If you’re not opposed to driving you can find anything you’d need within an hour.
