Simply divine, Coral Castle is as good as it gets - located 50 feet to the sound-front boardwalk and boasting incredible views of the ocean, the sound, the lighthouse, and subdivision lakes. Access to the sound side is via the boardwalk, just a short walk from the front door. New upgrades for 2022 include all bedrooms are now equipped with 39-inch smart Roku TVs, a gas grill being added, and the main living area having a 65-inch Roku TV.

This recently renovated 5,000-square-foot, sound-side, custom home opens with a carport, an outdoor shower, a private saltwater pool, a hot tub, and plenty of sundecks. It also sits on its own oversized pond and has a large concrete parking area for complete privacy. If you didn't get your fill of watery fun while visiting the beach or fishing in the Gulf, go for a refreshing dip in the pool and take in the gorgeous scenery. The first level features a game room with a pool table, a mini-kitchen, an entertainment package, an elevator, and deck access to the swimming pool. The second floor is home to two bedrooms, each with deck access. The fourth and fifth sound-view bedrooms are close to the laundry room. Head upstairs to the third floor to find the sixth and seventh bedrooms with deck access and whirlpool tubs, as well as a dedicated theater room with built-in surround sound. Linens and towels are provided, and beds are made for guest arrival. Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores' Olympic pool and tennis.
