Sunshine is described as a spacious, beautiful home that works especially well for groups and families, with a thoughtful layout that offers both privacy and comfortable shared spaces. Guests appreciated the comfortable feel, en-suite bathrooms, inviting living areas, and a very well-stocked, organized kitchen that made cooking easy. The home was frequently praised for being clean, immaculate, well maintained, and nicely furnished inside and out. Its location was valued for easy beach access and convenient proximity to local shops, dining, and attractions. Guests consistently enjoyed the lovely ocean views from the decks and observation areas, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Repeated highlights included the large pool, hot tub, game room with pool table, outdoor showers, decks, books, puzzles, games, and even a whole-house stereo system.

Welcome to Sunshine, a delightful, semi-oceanfront home in Avon with a private pool, a brand-new hot tub, a game room, and plenty of bright and beachy areas to make memories with the whole family. Updates for 2022 include new carpeting, new outdoor furniture, new exterior lighting and paint, new interior paint, and new TVs. Outside, a paved driveway provides plenty of parking, and a spacious deck surrounds the large swimming pool. Inside, you'll find an expansive game room with a pool table, foosball, a kitchenette, and ample seating - a great spot for cooling off after a day at the beach, which is a short walk away. On the main floor, prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, share them at the 10-person dining table and the three-person breakfast bar, then gather on the new furniture for games and movies in the living room. Don't miss the incredible views from the third-floor deck, an excellent spot for a cup of coffee at sunrise and a glass of wine at sunset

We stayed for a long weekend, and this home was what we needed. The biggest complaint is several of the towels appeared dirty, they were probably stained, in which case they should have been discarded. The shower curtain liners have mold on them, these should have been replaced. One set of sheets had what appeared to be an ink stain and was too small for the mattress. Why would these be put on? Other than the linens not being up to par, everything else was good.

The pool at the house was huge. The house was spacious and had good views from the deck. Shops are close by. We weren't able to use the pool or beach much cause of the windy cloudy weather but that's mother nature's fault. Mattresses were super firm. Had to drive over an hour to Walmart to get a pad so I could sleep. I would recommend buying or bringing one ahead of time so save yourself a 2.5hr drive.

The location of the house was wonderful. View of ocean was semi obstructed but still good. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Pool was wonderful but it could have used a mid week cleaning.

The pool was amazing! It was by far the largest private pool we have ever seen at a vacation rental. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! The Vacasa staff was very helpful and efficient as well.
