We loved our stay and made some amazing memories!! The house itself is pretty basic and could probably use some upgrades. But it met our needs and we had plenty of room for our family of 5. The location was the best part! Just a few minutes walk to the beach or just across the road from several restaurants, ice cream etc! Even the pier is within walking distance (about 30min walk)! Overall we loved it and have no complaints!!

Great property that we hope to rent again! The front screened in porch off the kitchen was fantastic and a nice spot for dinners and evening hangouts. A short walk and you are at the beach which is always a plus! Avon is a special place and this house helps you enjoy it to its fullest. P.S. we did appreciate the great book options available at the house, many little nooks and crannies filled for fellow bookworms!
