Vacasa made our stay horrible. Amenities weren’t available and contingent on our stay. Nobody has reached out to make things better. We were offered relocation day of check in then told wasn’t an option the next day. Then told they shouldn’t have offered that. Again, poor communication amongst your staff, property management, or owner are none of my problem but cost my family a ruined vacation and wedding anniversary. I would be ashamed to have vacasa represent my home. The house was amazing! It was clean, appliances were new… but the amenities such as a working hot tub, heated pool, and pool table were not available to us. So we spent 4 days playing cards in a house we can’t use to potential.

Had to clean once we got in washer went out day 3 not really their fault but not really a response about it after calling I replaced a door handle that was broke one of the pool chair was broke the good things good location pool was good for the kids very spacious inside the house easy access a pond arrival

The place is really nestled in the trees and it’s your own paradise. The house is clean and cozy and feels like a home. The sunsets 🌅 were incredible and mornings were perfect at the top with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise. We loved our time there and can’t wait to go back next year in 2025! You can tell the owner just recently put in new carpet throughout all the bedrooms in the house and also new Luxury Vinyl Planking as well. 5 STAR on everything and OBX will always have a special place in our hearts!
