Blue Dolphin is a coastal beach cottage with an abundance of charm. In this spot just four lots from the beach, you can relax and admire the ocean view from the rooftop deck, unwind on the cool screened porch, or catch up with your loved ones on the furnished sundecks.

If you're in the mood for cooking, whip up a seafood feast on the outdoor park grill or head inside to the kitchen and dining area for a relaxed indoor meal. The owner has put a lot of thought and care into this beach home and it shows, from the living room with cathedral ceilings to the separate laundry area underneath the house. Enjoy three TVs (one is a 42-inch flatscreen), a DVD player, a stereo/CD player, and three accommodating bedrooms.

For great beach access and plenty of room both indoors and outdoors, Blue Dolphin is most certainly an excellent catch.

This could be a really a nice house if all the necessary repairs and cleaning was done. In a great location close to local shops and grocery. Close to beach access with private yard. This property would make an excellent vacation home once the necessary health hazard repairs have been addressed. called the local Vacasa in Avon NC and spoke with Jackie about the dirty bathrooms the toilets had not been cleaned in a long time they had brown stains in the toilet bowls, The toilet in the full bath had blood stains on the toilet lid. The shower head is like 40 year's old has some kind of buildup on it. The bunkroom smelled like urine plus had dead bugs on the floor. Several of the deck boards are completely rotten which is extremely dangerous with it being over 20 ft above the ground. The decking and steps are extremely slippery when wet from the algae growing on them. The trees brush against the power lines at the corner of the house where the sitting area is, making it a dangerous area to be when the wind blows.

We’ve rented this house for 3 years and sadly- this is our last year. From the lack of cleanliness from the floors to ceiling fan, the sag in the kitchen which has worsened from last year, to the toilet leak that was not resolved. The location is great- with some basic upgrading/ tlc this place could be a lot better.
