Bedroom 1 is convenient to laundry room. On the second level PARADISE RETREAT opens with a well-furnished den with pool view. Oceanview primary bedroom 2 has deck access, a TV/DVD and full bath. Oceanview master 3 has TV/DVD and full bath. Pool view masters 4 and 5 have deck access, TV/DVD, and full baths. The top floor great room with warm oak floors and tall ceilings has a top of the line living area with resort furnishings, big screen TV with surround sound, fireplace, and half bath. A huge well-appointed granite countered kitchen has a large island and is close to dining area and screened porch that overlooks the pool. The floor plan, very large family-dining room. Pool , bathrooms in each bedroom worked very well for our family. Give the house a 10. Only problem was a few minor issues to start the week communicating with Vacassa was a joke. Could email and they would not answer the phone? Finally drove to the Vacassa/Hatteras Reality office then received prompt fixes to issues. Later in the week main floor family-dinning , bedroom AC goes out. 85 degrees on this floor. Darryl with maintenance responded quickly with 3 emergency window AC’s. Thank you Darryl

Location was fantastic, very close to beach access. Newly painted outside, newer furniture inside, nice patio furniture as well. Pool was great. Very comfortable overall. Had a wonderful week and would definitely return to this home!

The living room, dining room, and the bedrooms were nice. However, the kitchen left a lot to be desired. The cabinet were the lazy susan is at, the bottom hinge is busted. Looking at previous reviews, it was reported in August. The dishwasher to the right of the sink, leaked when we tried to run it,. This was also reported before. I called it in again and the tech just missed us while we were out, In four of the bathrooms, we were not able to get the shower to work. We could get water out of the tap for the tub, but not the shower. Maybe we did not understand how to operate it. A good majority of the window blinds on the main floor did not work. You can not open or close the slates with the cords. The pool and hot tub were great and access to the beach was close.
