Sea Dream is a water lover's paradise! Situated on a private lagoon that leads directly to the sound, offering kayakers, windsurfers, paddle boarders, and fishermen an excellent home base location! The first living level features a conveniently located laundry area and access to the sound-facing deck with direct access to the backyard.

At the top of the stairs on the second level, you will find a bright, airy great room with high ceilings, comfy furnishings, and superb views of the lagoon and sound. The well-equipped kitchen is conveniently located close to the dining area. The screened porch and sundeck are ideal places to end your day as you relax and watch the sunset. Outside amenities include an outdoor shower, charcoal grill a carport, a grassy yard, and a walkway to a small boat dock newly rebuilt for the 2023 season.

One of the bedrooms has a pyramid bunk bed, perfect for the kids. The primary bedroom has a full private bathroom with a jetted tub, a TV, and deck access!

We love being on the sound side

The house was in need of some attention but the most important thing was the issue with seeing cockroaches on three different days ,this was alarming. Outside of that it was an enjoyable stay.

The house is outdated but nice. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing on the dock and the location is convenient to stores and the 4x4 beaches. Unfortunately, the home has a cockroach problem. There was a review from May mentioning roaches and they are still present in August. I can understand that the home is older and bugs may get in, but the home owner needs to keep up on the home and have it resealed. We found multiple large, live and dead roaches throughout the week to include in all the bedrooms and the two downstairs bathrooms. Waking up on vacation to a roach crawling on the wall was not peaceful or relaxing. To Vacasa’s credit, we notified them upon check in and they had someone come out to spray first thing the next morning. The spray did not keep them at bay. We would rent from Vacasa again, but never this home.

We loved the easy walk to the wide North Avon beach. Parking was limited, the dock area was overgrown and needs updating.

The house was pretty nice in general, definitely needs a little TLC. TV in the living room is a flat screen, but pretty ancient. The refrigerator has a condensation/leak inside and we had to put a bowl in there to catch the water and empty every other day. The location is great. We did find that when the sun comes up...it lights up the master bedroom quite brightly..so you have no choice but wake up with the sunrise. We really liked the dock and used it a lot for fishing and launching our kayaks. Did have some guests in the way of cockroaches, but only encountered 4 so..I guess not terrible?
