At ground level, you will find a large fish-cleaning station, grills, and picnic tables. Elevator service is available to all levels. Just grab a luggage cart from the first-floor coin-operated laundry facility and roll your luggage to your condo door. Additional community amenities include high-speed internet and free WiFi, a community pool (available May to Labor Day), a hot tub (available from April to November), and an outdoor shower. The Durant Station Community Center is topped by the historic tower from the original Durant Lifesaving Station. This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.
