Beautiful house and location

We chose this property because of the advertised walkway to the sound from the house, when we arrived the walkway was blocked off with no trespassing signs. Also when we arrived the dishwasher was not working nor was the fridge ice and water dispenser. We contacted Vacasa who stated the dishwasher was reported by previous guests but had not been fixed and that maintenance would be around for fridge. While having to hand wash dishes was not the end of the world, it wasn’t what I had planned on vacation. I received a text from maintenance stating they would be at the house that day, but when they arrived and we weren’t home they called from a number my phone blocked as spam and did not leave a message. Maintenance never did call back to address fridge. It also seemed as though someone outside of us had been on the deck almost everyday because the hot tub strap was moved differently and the last day we found the outside breaker box for hot tub opened and turned off. Outside of the problems, the home was a nice size for our family, the kitchen had a decent amount of pots, pans and dishes. The hose outside by the driveway was helpful for rinsing off sand before entering.

Excellent location and close proximity to local beaches and restaurants. Very well maintained home

Beautiful location, home was just fabulous.

The house is clean, beautiful and modern. The location is convenient to Frisco beach and Hatteras Lighthouse beach.
