This home was beautiful! I loved the furnishings and vibe of the house. It was perfect for families! The layout gives privacy. The extra kitchen downstairs is perfect too! I would love to stay in this house again!

House Rental Review Rating: 2/5 The house was spacious and well-suited for our large group of 14 people, which was a major plus. The amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and cooking utensils, were adequate, and there was plenty of cookware available for preparing meals. However, the house was in serious need of maintenance and cleaning. The dishwasher, which was reported broken in a June review, still wasn’t fixed by September. It leaked, making it unreliable for a large group where a working dishwasher is essential. The windows were filthy, and the patio door screens were ripped and full of holes. The floors and tabletops were not properly cleaned, with visible dirt and grime. There was only enough shampoo in the main bedroom for one shower, and the house lacked basic essentials like kitchen towels or dish rags, forcing us to use our own. Additionally, there were no bowls with lids, so I recommend bringing aluminum foil or saran wrap. The furniture in the main living area was stained and unappealing. No one came to check or clean the pool or hot tub during our week-long stay, which was disappointing. Overall, while the size and some amenities were great, the lack of cleanliness, broken appliances, and missing essentials made for a frustrating experience. I hope the owners address these issues for future guests.

Loved the location, pool, and layout of the home. Hot tub was a family favorite. Kitchen table actually fit the whole family! Loved having two ovens and two fridges. We stayed with 2 babies, so it would be nice if they offered high chair(s) and/or pack n play(s). We would have definitely paid extra to not have to bring all the baby supplies. I also would have paid extra to have some rentals we could borrow such as beach chairs. Would stay again if they addressed some issues. They were missing some key kitchen items, such as pot holders, oven mitts, and a pizza cutter. Dishwasher wasn't working at all. We rinsed everything and ran it twice for everything to still be dirty looking. For a large group, this really changed the enjoyment of the trip because it felt like we were always washing dishes. The sliding doors did not work well. As in they didn't seem to slide and you really had to use your whole body to open and close several of the doors. They need some maintenance or to be replaced. Kids bedroom door is super loud squeaky which stinks for when you get the kids to sleep. We had just enough towels for everyone to have exactly one towel. Would enjoy having a couple of extra towels and would like to have pool towels as well. I have never stayed somewhere with a pool that didn't provide a towel to use at the pool.

We loved our stay. The home was big. Loved the pool table and laying out by the pool. Hot tub was VERY enjoyable. Kitchen was fun to use and lots of counters to prep food and drinks. Not too much outdoor seating, and the few chairs outside need cushions. The location is great. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to the grocery store. We will definitely return.
