We loved the pool, the proximity to the beach, and the kids room

This house is terribly maintained and the customer service provided will only decrease it's value and influx of vacationers. The home was not cleaned when we arrived (even after making sure we couldn't arrive early, assuring us it had to be cleaned by 4pm). The pool nor the hot tub were clean or serviced and visibly dirty and full of debris. The interior had large dead cockroaches. We had to wash the sheets and the "bed covers" bc they were not changed and visibly gross. The "bed covers" were extremely old and we were happy we brought backups (same with pillows and blankets). We had to clean the floors the counters etc. They had a "cleaning crew" of 2 people come in a "wipe" down the bathrooms and take out old towels/sheets. The rest they left for us at 6pm on a Saturday! This house had barely enough to get by but more importantly it was filthy and after 8 hours in 2 cars with 5 people and 2 dogs the last thing we wanted to do was clean and arrive to a dirty home. DO NOT RENT! I love this neighborhood but I will be renting privately from now on.

Like others have posted, don’t expect the most modern furniture and the carpet could use a refresh. I see that the property is up for sale and hopefully the new owners make those improvements (and don’t increase the price). Super close beach access 300 yards and 200 yards. The pool (and the cleaner who we met) was awesome as was the hot tub. The basement family space is great for the kids and the ‘kids at heart’. If you are bringing your canine companion- we noticed a lot of fleas in the front yard and driveway so make sure they are up to date on a high quality flea preventative. We (humans) would spray our legs before walking out front after the realization and were easily able to manage it.

The house offered plenty of space and activities and convenient access to local amenities. It could stand a thorough cleaning and carpet scrubbing to remove the pet stains.

After reading many bad reviews some were true others false. It's a beach home. Pool and hot tub amazing. Pool was huge. 2 minute walk to beach, but man those dunes are rough lol. Pet friendly house, stains on carpet, didn't bother us. Fridge door loose and some cabinets little shaky but hey they worked. Yes bed firm and pillows cheap. Again it worked. Tons and tons of outside flies. Alex shrimp was great. Loved it.
