The pool, game room that we didn't get to use. I would suggest if you are going to rent in August, make sure you get trip insurance because we had to evacuate the island after 1 day and we don't even know if we will be reimbursed for our vacation that we didn't have!

This house has a lot of potential if they would put work in it & fix the problems. Some showers were clogged, towel racks fell, couches/carpets stained and need cleaned, deck has nails sticking up/boards loose, sliding doors were a PAIN to lock (concerning with full access to the pool and young kids) and our water got turned off mid week due to a bill not being paid.. the house served its purpose as we had no choice but to make it work, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub immensely but that was about the only things we had no issues with. This was our family vacation & honeymoon home, and we made sure to make the best of it, but dont have high expectations going into this home.

The kitchen was fine. Not enough seating in dining room and living room. Carpeting throughout needs replacing. Worn and stained everywhere. Couch stained and part seems to be falling apart. One pool chair broken. On arrival, pool and hot tub had a lot of sand in them. Trash pick up isn’t until Monday so when we got there Saturday, the cans were full and smelled horribly. Basement toilet had a broken connection to the shut off valve and leaked all over the floor. Handyman came quickly though. However, he also looked at a dripping sink and broke something resulting in him having to shut that sink off completely. He said a plumber would come but one never showed up. Only one kitchen towel, no foil. Wish there was a radio. AC was great.
