The condo is well kept, very clean, and nicely decorated, with comfortable furnishings and beds that create a home away from home atmosphere. Its location is highly praised for being close to the beach, pier, restaurants, shops, and groceries, making it convenient for enjoying Avon. Guests especially loved the exceptional ocean and pier views, along with beautiful sunrise and sunset scenery from the deck and windows. The property is noted as well equipped with a well stocked kitchen, laundry, pool access, and thoughtful starter supplies that add convenience to the stay. The peaceful setting, easy beach access, and responsive staff further added to the positive experience.

Follow the sun to this beautiful, beachfront condo! Located in Avon's oceanfront, Islander Condominiums. This two-bedroom home is located within easy walking distance to the Avon Fishing Pier, many restaurants, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket just down the street.

The primary suite includes an attached bath complete with a Jacuzzi soaking tub and direct deck access. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, spacious and comfortable, providing all the necessities for the perfect home-away-from-home. Enjoy an afternoon nap or sunset cocktail on the private, covered deck.

Community amenities include an onsite pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the Outer Banks. Come to the Island for your vacation.

Views from the porch are just amazing, you can see the Avon fishing pier and hear the ocean right from your bedroom. The location is perfect! The unit itself is a bit dated, but everything seemed to be clean and in a good working order.

It was nice sitting on the deck and listening to the waves. The stairs are a climb but not a big deal because of the beautiful view at the rop. Perfect for our family vacation. Note that we didn't see any oven mitts in the house, and the coffee maker is just a single Keurig.

If you are traveling with elderly parents I do not recommend. The bunk bed top bunk didn't have any sheets or comforter on the bed when we arrive. We only stayed long enough for shower and bed. I views were amazing.
