Settle into easygoing oceanfront living at Action Tide-Song, a spacious Surf City retreat where the beach is right outside your door and there's plenty of room for the whole family—including your four-legged companions—to come along.

The expansive oceanfront deck is the heart of the outdoor experience. Start the morning here as the sun rises over the water, spend the afternoon relaxing in the ocean breeze, or gather outside after a day on the sand and take in the uninterrupted coastal views. On the opposite side of the home, a covered streetside porch offers another comfortable outdoor spot for watching island life go by.

When the beach is calling, the home's private beach access makes heading to the shoreline easy. Pack up the chairs, grab the beach toys, and spend the day swimming, searching for shells, or simply settling into the sand with the waves just steps from home. An enclosed outdoor shower is ready when you return.

Inside, the home's two-level layout provides a great balance of shared gathering spaces and room to spread out. The main level takes full advantage of the oceanfront setting, with large picture windows bringing the view into the open living and dining areas. Step directly from the living room onto the deck whenever you want a closer look.

A separate lower-level living area gives larger or multigenerational groups additional flexibility, creating another place to relax, play games, or give kids and teens a hangout space of their own. Bedrooms are spread between the two levels, making the layout especially convenient for families sharing a vacation home.
