This Topsail Island beach home is among the most popular vacation rental properties in the area. Located on South Shore Drive, your retreat is close to shopping and dining in Surf City. Drive south to Topsail Beach to take in some of the hidden treasures of the island like the Missiles and More Museum and the wonderful shops in the village.

This oceanfront home boasts a beachfront deck with direct access to the sand below. (An enclosed, outside shower is located below the oceanfront deck.) There's also a covered porch overlooking the street - great for kicking back with a crisp drink and watching the world go by.

The ground level offers a single-car garage with a wet weather entrance and a living room. A full bathroom and two bedrooms are also available on this floor - each with a clock/radio/alarm and table lamp.

On the main level, find the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Take in fantastic ocean views from large picture windows in the living room and dining room. From the living room, find access to the oceanfront deck and walkway to the beach.

Enjoy cooking and clean-up on the solid surface counters and ceramic cooktop stove. A microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher are among the amenities in this fully stocked kitchen.

The primary suite showcases spectacular views of the ocean, as well as an adjoining private bathroom. Two more bedrooms and a full bathroom round out this floor. All bedrooms on this level have hardwood floors.

I loved the views, the price, and the vicinity of this property. Its roomy very clean and has everything you need. (Dishes and pots, pans) i highly recommend this place and will be booking again.

The house is on the beach and not near a public beach access so not alot of people around which was nice. The house overall met all of our needs but like other reviews stated the house was not cleaned and we did have to clean and wash some sheets because sand and dirt in the beds. The counters were nasty, bath tubs were also not cleaned. The bottom down stairs had a musky smell but with some cleaning it smelled better. The house was well equipped but if you have babies bring a baby gate the stairs are very steep!! Again the trip was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle and if the cleaning issues were resolved the house would be the perfect place to stay. Also I have stayed in surf city every year for 10 years and always have had to bring or rent sheets and towels. Apparently with vacasa that is not the case but its not well communicated and we lost 50% of linen rental charge back.

It is fine. It isn't fancy but does what it needs to do. There are minor cosmetic issues throughout. The downstairs shower is very small. It has plenty of beds. The beach isn't crowded because there is no public access close by, which is really nice. We had a fun stay overall.

The house was very well equipped for our family vacation. Everything provided to make it feel like home away from home. However, not great Vacasa experience. House was not cleaned very well at check-in and no remedy was offered for several days after we had already cleaned and washed sheets ourselves. Not what you want to be doing on vacation!
