Welcome to Half Turn, a beautiful freshly renovated oceanfront duplex perfectly located in the heart of Surf City. With five thoughtfully designed bedrooms, updated interiors, and direct beach access, this home offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and convenience for your coastal getaway.

Enjoy two levels of oceanfront decks where you can take in sweeping views, sip your morning coffee, or unwind after a day in the sun. After the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower before relaxing indoors or heading out to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions—all just a short distance away.

The ground level features a private bedroom along with easy access to the outdoor spaces. The first level includes three additional bedrooms, a convenient laundry area, and access to a deck overlooking the ocean. Upstairs, the top floor serves as the main living space and is home to the primary suite. • Community Pool: This shared pool is available to eight units. Pool access, hours of operation, and seasonal availability are determined by the community HOA and may be adjusted without notice. Pool is typically open from May through September, exact opening and closing dates can vary based on HOA decisions, maintenance schedules, or weather conditions.

Linens — Sheets and Towels are included for all reservations.

Starter Amenities — A complimentary starter supply of amenities are provided for all reservations.

Pet Policy — This property is pet friendly. Maximum 2 Dogs.

Smoking Policy — This home is smoke-free. NO Smoking/Vaping.
