Vacasa was responsive to my questions when I came and for that I give two stars. I am sharing my concerns privately in hopes that the situation is rectified. I would not stay here with children in the near future.

The condo was just not what we expected. No table to eat at, there was a microwave still in the box on the only counter space available. Definitely not a fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately we will not be returning. Very outdated and the add doesn't match.

Overall this was an okay place to stay but I would not come back. The best part was being so close to the beach. You could walk right out in minutes and it also made it convenient if you forgot something or needed to take a break for lunch you could come right back out. The place itself was dirty and outdated with flaws throughout. The sliding screen door to the balcony did not work because it was rusted and broken. Leaving the sliding door to the balcony open let flies in. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty upon arrival so I had to wash everything and the floors were noticeably dirty. The blankets on the beds felt sticky or stiff and unclean.
