NTBSR1113 St Regis 1113

Very disappointed to discover construction happening directly outside of the condo/patio. It was very disruptive. No beach access anywhere on property due to repairs needing done. Though we realize this happens, the lack of communication is very poor customer service. We visit N Topsail 3-4 times a year and tried St Regis/Vacasa as opposed to staying where we always have. I expected to find what was listed and was excited try somewhere different. Had we had been made aware, we would have never stayed. Instead of a relaxing and peaceful time, it was a construction zone and couldn’t even get to the beach without going off property. The condo unit itself was very clean and had nice features. Linens were provided however fitted sheet in master was wrong size and kept popping off of the mattress throughout every night. This was sent to Vacasa but no attempt to fix was made. All furniture was in excellent condition. Nice kitchen with nice appliances.

No one can control the weather so I cannot complain about the king tides washing away the walkways leading to the beach however, I was misled to believe there was an indoor pool. I thought the children would be able to use and while the pool does have a roof shelter in it there are no walls to shield from wind or other weather related elements. Our stay was otherwise great and we would definitely stay there again just more of a summer month than fall.

We had a great week. Everyone and everything was perfect!

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. Perfect ocean view from both bedrooms and livingroom.

The condo worked perfect for our family of five. It was clean, updated and well kept! Will keep this condo in my mind for future trips to North Topsail!
