Get ready for the best of both sides of Topsail Island at this spacious North Topsail Beach retreat, where ocean breezes, beautiful sound views, and the beach just about 100 yards away set the scene for an easygoing coastal getaway.

Set just two rows back from the oceanfront, you're close enough to have your toes in the sand within minutes. Start the morning with a walk along the shoreline, spend the afternoon swimming and beachcombing, then head back home to catch one of Topsail's incredible sunsets over the sound.

The outdoor spaces are one of the real highlights of this home. An ocean-view sundeck and two covered soundside decks give you plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the scenery throughout the day. Sip your morning coffee in the salty breeze, watch herons and other coastal wildlife along the water, or settle in with a drink as the sun goes down over Everett Bay, Stump Sound, and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Inside, three levels of spacious coastal living give families and groups plenty of room to gather while still having space to unwind. The bright main living area is made for reconnecting after a day at the beach, whether you're sharing a meal, playing games, or settling in around the fireplace for a laid-back evening together.

The kitchen sits at the heart of the gathering space with plenty of room for preparing meals and snacks, while both the dining area and breakfast bar make it easy for everyone to come together. Five comfortable bedrooms provide room to recharge, with convenient bathroom access throughout the home.

Getting settled in is a little easier thanks to the elevator connecting the ground floor to each level, making arrival, departure, and hauling luggage or groceries between floors much more convenient. Covered carport parking and a wet-weather entry are another welcome bonus when the coastal weather doesn't cooperate.

After a long day on the sand, rinse off at the outdoor shower or foot-washing stations before heading back upstairs. Then grab a spot on one of the decks, enjoy the evening breeze, and watch the colors change across the sound.
