The location was a standout, with very easy beach access just a short walk away and convenient proximity to local businesses. Surrounded by swaying palmettos and salty sea air, this North Topsail Beach home offers a serene escape along the scenic North Carolina coast. Located just a short walk from the Intracoastal Waterway and quick walk to the beach, it's an ideal setting for a laid-back coastal vacation!

This multi-story home is part of Seaside Village, a quiet community that features an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck. A quarter-mile stroll across Island Drive brings you to the sand and surf, while nearby destinations like Surf City (two miles south) and central North Topsail Beach (five miles north) provide even more options for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

After a day of sun and sea, unwind on the covered deck—perfect for evening cocktails, outdoor dining, or simply relaxing in the ocean breeze.

Inside, the home features modern finishes throughout, including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a sunlit dining area, and a comfortable living room with a TV for movie nights. You'll also have the convenience of central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

When we arrived, the top floor was 80 degrees. There were portable AC units in each room with exhaust hoses out the window with foam and painters tape to block the outdoors. Very very frustrating experience, we were not informed of AC issues prior to arrival and it was not fixed until Wednesday of our stay. Vacasa was incredibly difficult to deal with and I had to re explain my situation every time I called. Just steer clear of vacasa, that’s my advice. Corporate level seemed more kind than the local manager. The house itself was not super clean- comforters, couch, and carpet all stained. Just overall do not recommend. If these issues were fixed, the proximity to the beach and pool were great.

Enjoyed our stay. Close walk to the beach. Pool was nice and never busy. House did have a lot of dog hair that could have been cleaned up better prior to arrival.
