You'll wake up each morning to the soothing sounds of crashing waves at this oceanfront condo on the shores of North Topsail Beach. Enjoy days of swimming and surfing, a wealth of on-site amenities, and your very own covered balcony where you can unwind with coffee, tea, or an evening cocktail.

This beachfront condo sits on the (elevator-accessible) second floor of its building, with views of the sun coming up over the Atlantic. On the grounds, you'll have access to an outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness room, a sauna, a putting green, a playground, a restaurant, and a beautiful stretch of sandy beach.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cool blast of central air conditioning and new cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. But the real showpiece is the view of the ocean, best admired by sliding open the glass balcony doors and letting in the fresh sea air.

The condo is open and spacious, offering a sleek and modern kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a living room where you can watch movies (via cable and DVD) on the large TV. Both bedrooms are paired with full bathrooms and have direct balcony access, with one featuring a desk workspace where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi. A private washer/dryer is provided as well.
