Spend your days soaking up the rays at home, or take the backyard access path right to the beach for endless sand and surf. In the evenings, relax and recharge with a soak in the private hot tub. If you're up for some friendly competition, head into the game room for a few rounds of pool. Plenty of plush seating and a massive smart TV can accommodate everyone in the main living room, but there's also another living room and smart TV downstairs, plus a reading nook in the upstairs landing to allow everyone to have their own space.

A high-end gourmet kitchen in the main living area comes more than equipped to handle family-style feasts, but there's also an additional full kitchen downstairs for even more household flexibility. Two dining tables and wraparound bar seating at the kitchen island set the stage for group mealtimes.
